Kaulana H.R. Park

Kaulana Park works for Rider Levett Bucknall, a leading property and construction consultant company as Senior Project Manager. Previously, he was the Director of Community and Business Development of American Savings Bank responsible for the expansion of the bank’s community development programs, implementing the bank’s first employee giving program and launching a consumer clean energy loan program. Mr. Park was the Chairman of the Hawaiian Homes Commission and Director of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and Governor appointee as leader for a multi-agency special projects team towards homeless solutions statewide. His experience includes land and construction development, community building, business development, finance, budget controls, forecasting, personnel management, and strategic planning.

Past work experience included Manager of the Native Hawaiian Revolving Loan Fund – Office of Hawaiian Affairs; Manager, Bank of America; Assistant Branch Manager, First Hawaiian Bank; and Business Banking Officer, Wells Fargo Bank.

A graduate of Stanford University, B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and Kamehameha Schools Kapalama, Mr. Park also serves and is an active Board member of the Board of Water Supply of Honolulu, Hawai‘i Public Charter School Network, Chaminade Hogan Entrepreneur Advisory Board, and Kupu Hawai‘i. He attends New Hope Hawai‘i Kai with his family and he and his wife serve as ministry leaders.
